Returns & Refunds
Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and getting in touch when something isn't right.
Digital downloads
All sales of digital sheet music (PDF downloads) are final. Once you've received the download link, the file is considered delivered and cannot be returned. This is the standard practice for downloadable digital goods across the music industry.
That said, if your download link doesn't work, the wrong file was delivered, or you experience any other issue with a digital purchase, please email us right away — we'll make it right.
Physical orders (CDs and printed songbooks)
We carefully pack every physical order, but if your CD or songbook arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll replace it at no cost. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery and include a brief description of the issue (a photo of any damage helps).
Otherwise, physical items are not eligible for return once shipped. As a small artist-run business, we don't have the logistics to process restocking returns, and we appreciate your understanding.

When emailing, please include your order number (you'll find it in your confirmation email — something like #1234) so we can look up your purchase quickly.
Refund processing
When a refund is approved, it's issued back to the original payment method (the card you used to pay). Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
