Portrait of Pam Asberry

Pam Asberry is an award-winning performing artist and composer whose music draws from contemporary, new age, and classical traditions — weaving them into a voice that is at once disciplined and deeply personal.

Classically trained since the age of seven, she went on to earn a master's degree in both piano performance and piano pedagogy, laying the foundation for a career defined by both artistry and teaching.

Her compositions range from the melodic and graceful to the dramatic and atmospheric. Titles like Wild Geese, The Thing with Feathers, and Woman at the Piano reveal a composer attuned to poetry, to the natural world, and to the interior lives of the people who play and listen to her music.

Pam has performed across the United States and internationally, bringing her music to concert halls, recital stages, and living rooms around the world. Her recordings are available on Whisperings Solo Piano Radio, Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, Sirius XM, and The River of Calm.

Alongside her performing and recording work, Pam maintains a private teaching studio in Lawrenceville, Georgia, offering in-person and virtual lessons in piano, music theory, and composition. Her teaching is animated by a lifelong belief that music belongs to everyone — and a particular commitment to helping young people find their own creative voice.
